Who is responsible
TODO: full name or company (TODO: NIF), TODO: address, Spain. Contact: hello@gappedfpv.com.
What we collect and why
Only if you join the launch list: your email, the date you gave consent, which form you used and the language of the page. We use them to send you news about GAPPED FPV (test builds, the Steam launch, the devlog). Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
The list is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm your email from the link we email you.
Only if you create an account: your email, your pilot name, your password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text), the language, whether you confirmed it, and the dates you signed up and last logged in. We use them to let you log in, to recover the account if you forget the password and, later, for the game's leaderboards, where your pilot name will show. Legal basis: the contract of using the account (GDPR art. 6.1.b). Failed login attempts are kept for one day to stop attacks (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
Who processes it
- Cloudflare (hosting, database in the EU region, anti-spam Turnstile check, cookieless analytics).
- Resend (sending the emails).
We never sell or share the list with anyone else.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. The account, until you delete it (you do it yourself from «Your account», instantly). Encrypted backups are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to hello@gappedfpv.com. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is the session one, and only if you log in: it is technical and needed to keep you logged in (it lasts 30 days or until you log out), so it needs no consent. The visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting. The Turnstile anti-spam check only runs on the forms. If you pick a language, the site remembers it in your browser (local storage, not a cookie) to open the home page in it. That is why there is no cookie banner.
